OUR MISSION Spring View Health & Rehab Center exists to take care of the long and short term health care needs of individuals under their physician's supervision. As a not-for-profit, church affiliated organization, we aspire to reflect the healing ministry of Christ with a loving concern for the whole person, meeting the ph ysical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of all who reside or work with us. Through the dedication of fair and caring leadership and a compassionate staff, we look upon every task as a noble opportunity to serve, and every staff person as a valued team member.|
Whether your stay is short term or longer, We would like your stay with us
to be as comfortable as possible,encouraging residents to bring casual,
comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
Visiting hours are liberal and enable residents to have visitors at
their convenience. We invite friends and family to
participate in your daily activities and recreation.
Spring View offers all aspects of rehabilitation and nursing within 3 levels
of care: Skilled Care for complex and high acuity care needs, Intermediate
Care for lesser acuity and care needs and lastly Personal Care Level.
Our 68 bed facility specializes in Post-Hospital, Rehabilitation
and Long Term care needs.
Our on-site Social Worker, Chaplain, Activity Department, Beautician and
Dietary Department compliment our Nursing and Rehabilitation departments
in making the transition from hospital to Spring View a
smooth and pleasant experience.
